I read a write up on the product and like others was skeptical, but it does work. Put it in the kitchen and in my teenage daughter's room. I am still in the testing phase, but so far it has been money well spent.

We bought this to see if it would remove a mysterious odor in the bottom floor of our building that was vaguely septic but unidentifiable. It works amazingly well and removes ALL odors and, a big bonus for us, without adding any heavy perfume-y smells as other reviewers also indicated. We've had ours almost 3 months and I'm ordering a refill bottle today; there's still 1/2 inch of gel in the bottom of our jar (left open 24/7) but I don't want to run out!
This stuff is the best!

2 dogs/2 cats, love to cook. This is absolutely the best stuff around for removing odors. It doesn't replace odors with any perfume or other odor. It just gets rid of the odor. I love this stuff and I make sure to always have a supply.
Best order eliminator I have tried over the years.

I too bought mine at BBB on a whim; I have used the solid ones in the past. I thought the $15. was a bit much but I did it anyway because it said you could buy refills. I bought mine for the laundry room, and I have two dogs and a cat. It immediacy took the musty smell from the laundry room. I am buying the refill so I can refill some of my own jars for other rooms. I like it because it absorbs the odors not masking them with scents.

I have had one 16oz in the laundry room floor for over 2 months and it is still going strong.

Saw this product at Bed Bath Beyond and the cashier sold me on it. I was doubtful it would be any better than all the other products from Febreeze to the plug in oils. I honestly forgot I placed it in my bedroom and only remembered it once "dog" odors crept back in about 2 months later. It gives off no masking floral smells, just eliminates them from the room. I have spent far more money replacing other products that only work temporarily. This product is a keeper!

Fresh Wave is a revolutionary product. It absorbs any and all odor. It starts to remove odors as soon as it is placed out in the open. It doesn't perfume a room and mask odors, it truly eliminates them. If the crystals disappear fast, it means there was a lot of odor to eliminate. I had this when I had five dogs, three of which were odorous due to illnesses. It took away all of the odor. I also keep one in every closet for freshness. I don't feel my house is fully clean unless I put jars of Fresh Wave in strategic places. Thank you for this "one of a kind" product.

I also got mine at Bed Bath & Beyond,I was not sure it would work, but that evening I was cooking fish; I opened my jar before I started to cook and you could not smell it! I left it on the counter for about 1 hr after cleaning up; left the room and sure enough when I returned a few minutes later absolutely no odor. I don't leave mine out 24/7 & when not in use, I put back the piece that comes in the top and also wrap a little aluminum foil around it before putting the top back on.
It is a great product and I came on line to find what else I could use.
